El Litoral - Iguaza & Esteros Del Ibera

The immense waterfalls of Iguazú comprise 250 separate falls across a distance of 3 km. These waterfalls need to be seen to be believed – thundering water cascades down to bottom of these falls, which are guaranteed to take your breath away.

The Iguazú falls are shared by both Argentina and Brazil, and here the immense Subtropical forest forms a dense emerald backdrop and teems with exotic animals, birds and insects. Excellent eco-adventure jungle lodges provide the ideal base from which to explore this wildlife-rich area. Over 300 species of bird and animal can be found in the Esteros del Ibera wetlands, including caymans, marsh deer and howler monkeys.

You’ll fly to Posadas and journey by 4 wheel drive south to the heart of the Ibera marshlands before exploring the Argentine side of the falls. For lovers of wildlife and anyone who likes to appreciate the sheer beauty of nature at its best, this 8 day holiday is not to be missed.
