Itinerary

Day 1:	morning arrival at Temuco Airport and drive to Pucon (80 km). Briefing lunch and time to look around this lovely mountain resort and arrange activities with your guide for the following day. Late evening drive to a rustic thermal retreat and soak in the soothing hot springs at sunset.
Day 2:	spend the day either hiking one of the stunning volcanoes or Jurassic-like forests in the area, river rafting, riding or simply take the day at your own pace.
Day 3:	cross the border into Argentina and drive to San Martin de Los Andes (180 km), passing by the Lanin volcano, which at 12290 ft is the highest peak in the lake region.

Day 5:	take advantage of the many activities that Bariloche offers including hiking, biking, riding, sailing or simply relax around the town, which is famous for its chocolate factories.
Day 6:	join the scenic full day lake crossing returning to Puerto Varas in Chile.
Day 7:	choose from a variety of excursions at Puerto Varas and spend the day in the shadow of snow-capped Volcan Osorno besides Lake Lanquihue. Farewell dinner in Puerto Montt.
Day 8:	return to Puerto Montt for onward journey.
