Iceland Self-drive Summer Holidays

Introduction

If you like exploring independently why not consider a fly, drive and lodge holiday – probably the most popular summer option in Iceland. You have the freedom to go as you please and with the island’s uncluttered roads and magnificent scenery, driving is both enjoyable and interesting.

When driving your own rental vehicle and being able to ‘go as you please’, the addition of pre-booked accommodation means there is no worrying about where to stay for the night. Each of our pre-planned itineraries set out on the following pages, has been carefully researched and planned to include the places that we know visitors will enjoy. However, if you’d prefer, we are more than happy to tailor a route to your specific needs.

Please find our summer self-drive holidays in Iceland listed below.
