Current Vacancies:

Direct Marketing Manager

We are looking for an experienced DMM to oversee and coordinate all our offline marketing activities and campaigns, including managing relationships with all offline marketing suppliers. Together with the Marketing Director you will be responsible for developing, managing and implementing a direct marketing and communications plan to increase retention, recommendations and acquisition across all channels ensuring a seamless integration of offline activities with online presence.

You will also be involved in the implementation and management of a CRM system. You have budget responsibility and will be expected to achieve targets and demonstrate success against ROI. You will have two direct line reports. Additionally you will be responsible for overseeing our presence at events and exhibitions and working together with the Senior Digital Marketing Manager (SDMM) & the PR Manager to coordinate all partnership marketing campaigns and promotions.

Product Executive Australasia

As Product Executive Australasia you will be part of a small Product Team and be involved in a range of tasks from uploading pricing and product content, managing the supplier database and liaising with various suppliers. You will be required to maintain excellent product knowledge of the destinations you are responsible for. You will report to the Worldwide Product Manager, assisting where required on all aspects of product related responsibility and delivering the company strategy for the worldwide destinations, specifically Australia, New Zealand & South Pacific.

Skills and experience required:

  • Previous tour operating experience.
  • Good knowledge of Australia, New Zealand and/or South Pacific
  • Self-motivated and ambitious with a desire to achieve.
  • High degree of flexibility and ability to deal with change, growth and pressurised deadlines.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise a demanding workload.
  • Excellent eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Able to demonstrate teamwork, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to demonstrate influencing and negotiating skills
  • Excellent spoken and written English and numeracy skills.
  • Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook skills to intermediate standard.
  • Credible and able to communicate across the business.
  • Results and target orientated, with can do attitude
  • Be prepared to travel as necessary for site inspections, contracting etc.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm plus additional hours when necessary to meet the needs of the business.
