Lapland Travel Consultant
We are looking for a highly motivated and eloquent sales professional specialising in Lapland. The ideal candidate must have previous sales experience within a tour operator and knowledge of Lapland (Sweden, Norway and Finland). Additional knowledge of Iceland and wedding bookings would be an added benefit as you will be required to cross-sell. As a Travel Consultant, you will handle reservations over the telephone, face-to-face and email/Internet, to a wide-ranging and demanding client base.

In addition to a competitive starting salary of £16,000 we also offer:
20 days holiday

Salary progression to £18,000 with experience/competence

Hours of work:
35 hours per week plus an additional 48 hours over the year
9-5pm or 10-6pm rota Monday to Friday
No more than 1 in 2 Saturdays per month between 9-5pm (taking a day off in the week)
