Frost and Fire guesthouse in Hveragerði is located on the banks of the river Varmá in a beautiful setting amidst bubbling hot springs. The guesthouse is open all year for individuals and groups. In separate premises where the reception is housed, fully equipped meeting rooms are available for hire. Our guests can also take an invigorating swim in our 12-metre swimming pool, revitalise body and soul in the sauna, take a refreshing outdoor shower and then relax in jacuzzis on the banks of the river.
Hveragerði is a small and friendly town in south Iceland, 45 km from Reykjavík and 90 km from Keflavík Airport. Tourism is rapidly growing in and around Hveragerði, where a high-temperature geothermal field in the centre of town is open to visitors from 13-18 weekdays during summer and by arrangement at other times for groups. The South Iceland Tourist Information Centre is located in Hveragerði along with a shopping mall and a variety of shops selling a wide range of goods.
