Whether for field study or quite simply the ‘awe and wonder’ of it all, there can be little doubt that a hands-on experience reaps many benefits, both broadening the mind and providing valuable case studies looked on favourably by examiners. Add the ‘wow’ factor and you have memories that will remain for the rest of your life.

We have supported countless overseas trips during the last 23 years and, after 14 years of running specialist student visits, feel that the service we provide ranks among the best in this field. As our client schools, colleges and universities are in the habit of telling us so, we must be ticking all the right boxes.

The main focus of our Living Planet programme is on Iceland. This spectacular and diverse destination, which we know so well, offers many wonderful opportunities for both study groups and leisure travellers. Our specially researched itineraries provide options for student group visits in two key locations and our ever-popular South Iceland itinerary may be combined with a visit to the world’s most famous city, New York.

Namibia, with its diverse landscapes, intriguing culture and a climate far removed from that of sub-Arctic Iceland, is also proving very popular as a field studies location. In addition our study programme opens up some truly exciting opportunities to the following destinations: Swedish Lapland; New Zealand; the Galapagos Islands and even a special charter in October 2009 to Antarctica.
