Ice and Fire Sightseeing Flight
Depart from Reykjavik's Domestic Airport in a light aircraft flying over the Tindfjallajokull glacier; the infamous Eyjafjallajokull eruption area (active in April/May 2010) with evidence of its newest lava flows and the fragmented Gigjokull glacier tongue and Mount Hekla, Iceland's most active volcano.
You'll also fly over Thingvellir National Park; Gullfoss and the famous Geysir geothermal area as well as Thorsmork and the colourful rhyolite mountains of Landmannalaugar.
