Kayaking & Camping
For those enrolled on the standard sea kayaking programme, there will also be an optional opportunity to participate in an overnight kayak and camping excursion. For others interested in camping without the kayaking element, there will be a chance to camp on the ice. 

Climbing, Cross-country Skiing & Hiking
There are numerous areas within the Peninsula and surrounding archipelago that offer extraordinary climbing and ski touring opportunities, where experienced mountaineers can climb to for incredible vistas over the Antarctic landscape. For those less experienced, exploration by snowshoe is available, as well as a number of hiking options. There is a level to suit all participants, from the contemplative wanderer to the long distance hiker.

Meanwhile keen photographers can join the expedition team and photographic experts for extended shore excursions, aimed at capturing the essence of Antarctica.
