Itinerary
Day 1 Sydney-Blue Mountains
Visit Featherdale Wildlife Park and then ascend into the mountains. Take a short nature walk at Mt. Bell, then travel on to Govetts Leap and Narrowneck Plateau for more viewing opportunities. Following lunch your afternoon is at leisure to explore or relax. Overnight: Lilianfels
Day 2 Blue Mountains-Hunter Valley
After breakfast travel alongside the huge and picturesque Wollemi National Park, then continue to the Hunter Valley for lunch. Enjoy tasting some of the Hunter’s finest premium boutique wines. Overnight: Peppers Guest House
Day 3 Hunter Valley-Sydney
Enjoy a morning at leisure. You may wish to join the Hunter Wine School for an entertaining and informative 2 hour educational talk on grape growing and wine making (own expense). The return trip includes tasting at another boutique winery before arriving back in Sydney this evening.
