Itinerary
Day 1 Alice Springs
Arrive in Alice Springs and join an afternoon tour, visiting the Royal Flying Doctor Service Base and the School of the Air. Enjoy views of Alice Springs from atop Anzac Hill and visit the Old Telegraph Station. Overnight: Aurora Alice Springs
Day 2 Alice-Kings Canyon
Depart Alice Springs and visit a camel farm en route to Kings Creek Station, your home for the night. Enjoy a guided walk of the rim of Kings Canyon and through the Lost City and Garden of Eden. Enjoy dinner under the stars, sampling some Australian delicacies such as camel, kangaroo and barramundi. After dinner, relax around the campfire with fellow guests. Overnight: Kings Canyon Wilderness Lodge (dinner & breakfast included)
Day 3 Kings Canyon-Uluru
Join an exclusive tour of the cattle station, for a chance to spot wild camels, kangaroos and other wildlife. See ancient Aboriginal petroglyphs (rock engravings). This afternoon visit the Cultural Centre and Maruku Arts and Craft Cooperative. Take a guided walk to Mutitjulu waterhole and then tour the base of Uluru on the Mala Walk. Relax and enjoy a glass of wine while watching a memorable Uluru sunset. Overnight: Outback Pioneer Hotel
Day 4 Uluru
Rise early and enjoy a tea or coffee at Uluru as the sun casts its first rays. Travel to Kata Tjuta and take a guided walk into Walpa (Olga) Gorge. Marvel at the sheer walls that flank you as you enter the gorge. Your 4 day adventure ends with a transfer to the airport for your onward flight.
