Arctic : Spitsbergen Cruise and Snowshoeing Adventure

Snowshoes offer fantastic access to landscapes that cannot be reached solely on foot. You can explore pristine, snow-covered areas of selected landing sites that would have previously only been touched by paws and hooves. This activity is included free of charge for all passengers. No previous experience is required, as you will receive a full induction and can choose to join excursions of varying degrees of difficulty.

In addition to some incredible photo opportunities this expedition voyage will also offer some excellent wildlife-viewing, including the chance to spot a wide array of seabirds. These may include purple sandpipers, barnacle geese, red-throated divers and auks, among many others. Polar bears, walrus, Arctic foxes and reindeer are also commonly spotted on and around the Spitsbergen coast.
