Akademik Sergey Vavilov: 1 night pre-voyage accommodation in Reykjavik only (accommodation is not included in the Longyearbyen-Reykjavik departures) • Group transfer from Reykjavik hotel to ship on day of embarkation • Shipboard accommodation with daily housekeeping • On disembarkation all passengers will be transferred into town, and later that day on to the airport. Travellers extending their stay beyond the day of disembarkation will have to make their own transfer arrangements • All breakfasts, lunches and dinners on board throughout your voyage. (Please inform us of any dietary requirements as far in advance as possible. Sea Spirit: Arrival transfers will be provided for all flights arriving from noon (12:00) the day prior to embarkation. These will include airport-hotel/town transfers and hotel/town-ship transfers. Travellers who arrive before noon will have to make their own airport transfer arrangements • On disembarkation all passengers will be transferred to the city centre • Shipboard accommodation with daily housekeeping • All breakfasts, lunches and dinners on board throughout your voyage. (Please inform us of any dietary requirements as far in advance as possible.
