Christmas in Reykjavik

OUTLINE ITINERARY
Day 1 (Wednesday 23 Dec 2009) fly from London* to Keflavik, transfer to Hotel Saga and check in for 4 nights.
Day 2 sit back and relax and take a guided Golden Circle tour, with time to enjoy some of Iceland’s best known natural wonders in their winter guise. Light lunch included. In the evening, you’ll have a spectacular Christmas Eve buffet dinner back at the hotel, including such Icelandic delicacies as traditional mountain lamb and smoked salmon.
Day 3 Christmas Day morning at leisure, then in the afternoon spend time soaking in the warm, milky blue and mineral rich waters of the Blue Lagoon. Return to the hotel and enjoy what promises to be a very special Christmas feast!
Day 4 Boxing Day at leisure to enjoy the attractions of the city or perhaps take an optional excursion - a superjeep safari to the south shore is highly recommended.
Day 5 (Sunday 27 Dec) transfer to Keflavik airport for the flight back to London*.
*Regional passengers due to differences in flight schedules, Manchester passengers require three additional nights in Reykjavik (2 at the start, 1 at the end of the trip).
