During this holiday you’ll spend time along the south coast with its waterfalls, glaciers and black sand beaches; the acclaimed natural attractions of Gullfoss, Geysir and Thingvellir; the fjords and mountain landscapes of the west and the Snaefellsnes Peninsula with its stunning coastline and glacier. The itinerary detailed here is just an example of what you could see and do during your stay - with the flexibility of having your own rental vehicle the choice, of course, is yours.
Breakfast is included at each property: Northern Light Inn by the Blue Lagoon; Hotel Hraunsnef in Borgarfjordur; Hotel Budir on the Snaefellsnes Peninsula; Hotel Ranga near Hvolsvollur and Hotel Odinsve in Reykjavik. And as they all have their own dining facilities, you’ll have the opportunity to sample a wide range of cuisine, always cooked and presented to a particularly high standard.
Please note if travelling in the winter months between November and March, it is advisable to opt for a 4WD vehicle.
