Ranch-style Hotel Ranga sits in a prime location in South Iceland near to the dramatic waterfall, Seljalandsfoss, under vast, wide open skies that make it an ideal spot for viewing the northern lights. Indeed, it has long held reputation for excellent northern lights sightings and the friendly staff are on hand to share their considerable knowledgeable with fellow 'aurora watchers'.
The remote and tranquil location of Hotel Glymur makes it another superb choice for aurora viewing. This boutique property is beautifully situated overlooking stunning Hvalfjordur in West Iceland and offers a wonderfully relaxed atmosphere.
