Abel Tasman Walk
Located on an undulating peninsula at the northern end of the South Island Abel Tasman National Park protects one of the most beautiful stretches of coastline in New Zealand, lapped by a turquoise sea.
The world famous Coast Track reveals hidden estuaries, idyllic golden sand beaches, castaway islands and forested headlands, which provide a superb location for this three or five day walking trip.
The route is accessible all year round, with winter days often calm, crisp and sunny. The comfortable lodge accommodation, with open fires to take off the winter chill, and variety of other activities on offer make this a popular outdoor destination at any time of year.
