Bergen-Kirkenes-Bergen

Day 1 Arrive Bergen via Oslo fly from the UK to Bergen via Oslo, join Hurtigruten sailing at 22:30.

Day 2 Bergen-Kristiansund travel through Floro, Maloy and Torvik before arriving in Alesund at midday. Time to explore this beautiful Art Nouveau town at your leisure, or perhaps join one of the organised excursions with Hurtigruten. At 15:00 the ship continues to Molde and Kristiansund.

Day 3 Trondeim-Rorvik early morning arrival in Trondeim and time to explore this former capital of Norway, either at your leisure, or join one of the Hurtigruten excursions. Depart Trondheim at midday and continue to Rorvik, where the ship arrives in the evening.

Day 4 Bronnoysund-Svolvaer sail through the night and make brief stops at Bronnoysund, Sandnessjoen, Nesna, Ornes and then cross the Arctic Circle just before reaching Bodo around midday, with some time to explore this charming town. Continue to the Lofoten Islands and enjoy the dramatic scenery before making a brief visit to Svolvaer, where you will have enough time for a brief evening walk around the colourful town.

Day 5 Harstad-Tromso early morning arrival in Harstad, where there is time to experience the mix of contemporary and old architecture which, in combination with its waterfront location, provides a welcoming atmosphere. Time to explore Tromso - the ship departs at 18:30.

Day 6 Hammerfest-Berlevag sail overnight through Skjervoy and Oksfjord. Early morning arrival in Hammerfest with time to explore the northernmost city in Europe. Continue to Havoysund and a midday arrival in Honningsvag, from where you have the opportunity to visit the famous North Cape (Nordkapp) before returning to the ship. Once back onboard, head to Kjollefjord, Mehamn and Berlevag.

Day 7 Vadso-Berlevag overnight sailing through Batsfjord and Vardo. Reach Vadso early morning before arrival in Kirkenes at 09:45. Time to explore Kirkenes, or perhaps take an optional excursion to visit the Snowhotel and have a short husky sledge trip. Return to the ship by 12:30, ready for the sailing at 12:45. The next port of call is Vardo, where you will have some time on shore before continuing to Batsfjord and Berlevag.

Day 8 Hammerfest-Tromso overnight sailing through Mehamn, Kjollefjord, Honningsvag and Havoysund before mid-morning arrival in Hammerfest, where you will have a short time go ashore. Continue through Oksfjord and Skjervoy for a late evening arrival in Tromso at 22:45.

Day 9 Harstad-Svolvaer depart Tromso at 01:30 and sail overnight through Finnsnes before a morning arrival in Harstad, where the ship stops for just half an hour. Enjoy the dramatic scenery of the Lofoten sailing through Risoyhamn, Sortland, Stokmarknes before an evening arrival in Svolvaer, where you will have some time to go ashore to explore this traditional fishing town.

Day 10 Ornes-Rorvik overnight sailing through Bodo. The first port of call this morning is Ornes and the ship then continues to Nesna, Sandnessjoen, Bronnoysund and Rorvik. It is not possible to disembark the ship at these ports.

Day 11 Trondheim-Alesund early morning arrival in the historic city of Trondheim. Time at leisure, or perhaps take an excursion to the famous Nidaros Cathedral. Continue to Kristiansund, Molde and Alesund.

Day 12 Bergen sail through the night to Torvik, Maloy and Floro, arriving in Bergen at 14:30. Overnight at Hotel Augustin.
