The ICEHOTEL is an incredible architectural achievement and a work of art, constructed with over 30,000 cubic metres of snow and 3,000 tons of ice – or ‘sn-ice’ as it is known locally! As you open the main, reindeer-skin clad doors, the scene is simply breathtaking – a lobby beyond which lies a splendid, ice pillared hallway illuminated by dazzling ice sculptures.
