Child prices (aged 2-11 yrs) are based on sharing with 2 adults

Prices include return flights between the UK and Kiruna / Keflavik via Stockholm (routes as detailed in the itineraries); 7-nights’ accommodation on a breakfast basis: 3 nights at Hotel Reykjavik Centrum in Reykjavik, 1 night at Hotel Diplomat in Stockholm and 3 nights at the ICEHOTEL (2 nights in a Kaamos room and 1 night in a Snow Room); airport transfers in Iceland and Kiruna (airport transfers in Stockholm are not included), airport  taxes and a thermal one-piece suit, hat, boots and mittens to use while staying at the ICEHOTEL.

*All parties of 3 or more will require a Arctic or Nordic Chalet, please note that there is a supplement of £42 per chalet per night

Optional Accommodation Upgrades 

All of our trips include a night in a Snow Room, but the ICEHOTEL also features Ice Rooms or Art Suites each season. To upgrade to one of these rooms the following supplements apply

Price per person for the night

Ice Rooms - are created by the team of technicians, resident at the ICEHOTEL, people who have expertly crafted suites often in a number of previous constructions. These rooms are a ‘step up’ from the standard double Snow Rooms and will have a variation on a theme.
Art Suites - are the most spacious and impressive of all. Specially commissioned and given life by international, award-winning ice artists, these spectacular ‘ top-of-the-range’ suites, with THE most amazing and very different themes, most include a seating area - popular with honeymoon couples, as are the sleeping bags made for two (request basis only)!

Note the Art Suites are totally unique and are for a single season only. Rooms will be allocated on arrival and themes differ from those shown on this website but they will be of an equally high standard.

Transfers from Airport

The standard airport transfer to and from the ICEHOTEL by coach is included in the holiday cost. However, for something a little bit special, why not try one of the options set out below. For the husky and snowmobile transfer, your luggage is transported, leaving you free to enjoy these unusual modes of transport to the full.

Husky Sledge Transfer duration 90 minutes - £548 per sledge (max 4 sharing).
Snowmobile Transfer duration 150 minutes - £114 (per person based on 2 sharing the snowmobile); £173 (single rider).
Private Taxi Transfer - £67 per taxi each way - maximum 3 passengers and luggage, if you need a larger vehicle, please call our team for more information.
