Portable GPS (Global Positioning Satellite) units are available to rent as an optional extra with your vehicle.  The system offers safer, easier navigation, an easy to read screen, audible directions and hundreds of pre-loaded points of interest along the way.

New Zealand Handy Atlas
Every self drive holiday booked through us will receive either a detailed tour manual or a road atlas to keep. The latter is a spiral bound book containing detailed regional and city maps as well as motorhome parks, camping sites, various adventure-activity locations and some Lord of the Rings film location sites.
