Antarctica : Ocean Nova

This Danish-built vessel boasts an impressive observation lounge and bar on the top deck, which doubles as a lecture room. There is a fair-sized bridge, open-deck viewing areas and a full complement of Zodiacs. Other public areas include a spacious dining room and library, where passengers can relax and enjoy the views. There is also a small gym and a medical room with onboard doctor.

Ocean Nova has an ice-strengthened hull and a shallow draft allowing for closer positioning to shore, shortening the transfer times during landings. Boarding of the Zodiacs is swift and straightforward thanks to the conveniently placed gangway.

Ship Accommodation

Triple Cabins (5) two lower single berths plus single upper berth

Twin Cabins (30) two single berths (7 cabins have an upper and lower berth; 23 cabins have two lower berths)

Superior Twin Cabins (4) two lower single berths in a more spacious cabin 

All cabins have windows and private facilities. 

Single travellers
Triple or twin share cabins are available (on a same gender basis). Sole occupancy of a cabin incurs a supplement. 

Our View
The Ocean Nova’s star attraction is undoubtedly its glass-walled top deck which, together with large windows throughout its public areas, offers great viewing opportunities.
