Introduction
Constructed in Germany in 2003, no expense has been spared when it comes to the quality of fittings and furnishings on Orion, and the range and calibre of onboard recreational facilities are nothing short of five-star. Orion's luxurious appointments means she is more mega-yacht than cruise ship and her guests are all cared for in 5-star comfort by a crew of 75.
Onboard facilities include a restaurant, observation lounge and bar, library, state-of-the-art lecture theatre, gym, Jacuzzi, hair & beauty salon, glass elevator and a medical room.
All cabins are well appointed with ocean views, private marble bathrooms with towels and robes, and lower beds throughout (either twin, double or queen). Amenities include complementary 24-hour room service, a flat screen TV, DVD/CD player, a personal safe, hairdryer and a mini-refrigerator continuously stocked with complimentary bottled water.
Ship Accommodation
Oceanview Stateroom (22) double or twin berths with large oval window or twin portholes (cabins 322 / 323).
Junior Suite (19) spacious cabins with queen or twin berths and large square window.
Deluxe Suite (2) spacious cabins with queen or twin berths, and an open living room with a two-seater sofa and large rectangular window.
Balcony Suite (6) as the deluxe suite but with floor to ceiling sliding glass doors opening onto a private balcony.
Owners Suite (4) twin or queen berths with a spacious living room and floor to ceiling sliding glass doors onto private balcony. (Suite 509 has no balcony, but 2 large rectangular windows instead).
