The M/V Polar Star (ex-icebreaker) is a friendly, safe and comfortable ice class vessel – with a knowledgeable and enthusiastic expedition team and a professional and experienced crew. In 2000 the ship was completely retrofitted and upgraded specifically for expedition cruising. Polar Star carries just 105 passengers maximum; a perfect size for expedition cruising.
