Icehotel 4 Day Sample Wedding Itinerary
 

		Day 1 Fly UK to Kiruna (either direct or via Stockholm) and transfer to the Icehotel. You can upgrade to a snowmobile or husky sledge transfer. Check in for a 4 night stay (we suggest 3 nights in a warm room and 1 night in a Snow Room* - perhaps upgrading to an Ice Room or Art Suite). Guided tour around the Icehotel and an optional evening activity such as a Northern Lights Snowmobile tour.
		Day 2 Meet with the Icehotel wedding co-coordinator in the morning at around 9am to discuss your wedding plans. Transfer by taxi to Kiruna Registry Office to go over the marriage paperwork and formalities. Transfer back to the Icehotel to get dressed and prepare for your wedding ceremony in the afternoon. Wedding breakfast at either the Icehotel Restaurant or the Homestead.
		Day 3 Time to soak up the spectacular surrounding scenery or enjoy one of the optional activities - including snowmobiling, husky sledging, moose safari, horseback tour, cross-country skiing and snow-shoeing. Please note that some activities must be booked in advance to ensure availability.
		Day 4 Check out of the Icehotel and transfer to Kiruna for the return flight to the UK (either direct or via Stockholm). Note Icehotel guests are provided with a one-piece thermal suit, mittens, hat and thermal waterproof boots for use during their stay.

*Snow Room Experience

Sleeping in an Snow Room is a great experience and what most people look forward to during their stay. The happy couple may well want to request a double sleeping bag for their night on ice! However, if you or any of your guests prefer to spend all your nights in warm accommodation this is also possible, subject to availability.

For those who are unsure about a Snow Room, or perhaps have back problems, but would still like to try it, some people book one night in a Snow Room and reserve an additional back-up warm room. This requires a supplement and is subject to availability.
