  • Big Wild Goose Pagoda (Dayan Pagoda), a well-preserved ancient pagoda built to house Buddhist artefacts from India, a sacred place for Buddhists
  • Terracotta Army, one of the world’s greatest archaeological discoveries, features life size terracotta figures of warriors and horses dating from 210 BC
  • Shaanxi History Museum, showcasing ancient civilizations and cultural relics
  • Chengde, best known for its Mountain Resort, a vast imperial garden city formerly used as the summer residence by the Emperors of the Qing Dynasty
  • Capital Museum, with its imposing building, exhibitions, technology and collection of cultural relics unearthed in Beijing, is one of the world’s leading museums
  • The Bund, Shanghi’s famous waterfront and regarded as a symbol of the city for hundreds of years
  • Jade Buddha Temple, home to two precious jade Buddhist statues in Shanghi, rare cultural relics and porcelain artworks
