Digital Marketing Executive – Permanent and Full Time

The main responsibility of the Digital Marketing Executive will be to develop and manage digital marketing campaigns to support Discover the World’s online presence. You will be supporting our paid media channels including PPC, Display and Third Party advertising. You will also be responsible for areas of Organic marketing including Social Media and supporting Discover the World’s SEO/Content marketing including the optimisation and the upkeep of website content. You will support other members of, and areas within the marketing team including SEO, Email Marketing and PR. You will be responsible for ensuring that all activity meets best practice, is on brand and is in line with the marketing and business strategy and objectives.

We are looking for somebody with a minimum of 2 years working in digital marketing with a good understanding of Paid and Organic marketing, including social media. You should also have an understanding of SEO best practice and Google Analytics, or similar analytics platform (basic level at a minimum)

Travel Specialist (Education) – Permanent and Full Time

As a Travel Specialist within our Education Team you will be responsible for handling reservations over the telephone and via e-mail, whilst dealing with the administration of your bookings. Initially you will specialise in our Iceland and Italy product, with the prospect of specialising in other products at a later date.

We are looking for somebody with at least three years proven track record of sales and operations in a similar role. You will need a high degree of flexibility and an ability to deal with change, growth and pressurised deadline.

Systems Administrator – Fixed Term Contract

Would consider part time – min 28 hours per week

Based in our IT Team, the Systems Administrator will support the Reservations Systems Manager in troubleshooting and problem solving iVector bookings, specifically for Education. We need somebody who is methodical and has an excellent eye for detail. They need to be a solid administrator who will be able to unpick the booking process where something has gone wrong – e.g. to detect if it is a system or user issue. They will then need to effectively articulate what the problem is. The candidate does not need to be an “IT person”, but should be confident with systems. They will be interacting with Travel Specialists who are experiencing problems with the system in a first line support role.

Accounts Assistant

We are looking for somebody with experience of working in an Accounts role to maintain the accuracy and integrity of the ledgers and support colleagues in a variety of tasks. The candidate will be required to maintain clear and accurate financial records, demonstrate good numeracy skills and have an analytical approach to problem solving.

Product Executive Worldwide

The candidate for this role will be involved in a range of tasks from uploading pricing and product content, managing the supplier database and liaising with various suppliers. They will be required to maintain excellent product knowledge of the destinations they are responsible for. The role will report to the Product Manager for Australasia, Canada & Alaska but will also support the Product Manager for Latin America, Polar & Africa, assisting where required on all aspects of product related responsibility and delivering the company strategy for all the Worldwide destinations.

We are looking for somebody with previous product experience with a tour operator. They need to be self-motivate and ambitious with a desire to achieve and need a high degree of flexibility.
