Current Vacancies:

Nordic Product Executive

As Nordic Product Executive you will be part of a small Product Team and be involved in a range of tasks from uploading pricing and product content, managing the supplier database and liaising with various suppliers.  You will be required to maintain excellent product knowledge of Iceland, Norway, Sweden, Finland and Greenland.  You will report to the Iceland Product Manager, assisting where required on all aspects of product related responsibility and delivering the company strategy for the Nordic countries.

Skills/Experience required:
• Previous tour operating experience - Essential
• Knowledge and travel experience of Norther Europe, especially Iceland – Preferable
• Self-motivated and ambitious with a desire to achieve – Essential
• High degree of flexibility and ability to deal with change, growth and pressurised deadlines – Essential
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise a demanding workload – Essential
•  Excellent eye for detail and accuracy - Essential
• Able to demonstrate teamwork, interpersonal and communication skills - Essential
• Able to demonstrate influencing and negotiating skills - Essential
• Excellent spoken and written English and numeracy skills - Essential

Contracts Manager - Education 

As Contracts Manager, your primary role will be to oversee and coordinate the negotiation and completion of contracts with all suppliers across Iceland, Italy, the Azores, China, Norway, New York and Costa Rica.  As Iceland is our main product at least 50 - 70% of your work will involve this destination. Working closely with the department’s Product Manager and Director you will also be responsible for sourcing new potential suppliers in these destinations.

Skills/Experience required:

• Educated to degree level in business or equivalent – Preferable
• Previous tour operating experience – Preferable
• Strong commercial awareness – Essential
• Experience of negotiating on a B2B basis with long term suppliers – Essential
• Excellent negotiation skills - Essential
• High degree of flexibility and ability to deal with change, growth and pressurised deadlines - Essential
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise a demanding workload - Essential
• Excellent eye for detail and accuracy - Essential

Product Assistant (Part Time) - Education 

As a part time Product Assistant, you will be involved in a range of tasks from managing our safety management system, uploading content onto our reservation systems and various administrative duties.

•  At least 5 years’ experience in an administrative or operations role - Essential
•  Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise a demanding workload - Essential
•  High degree of flexibility and ability to deal with change, growth and pressurised deadlines - Essential
