Introduction

The recently renovated Clarion Hotel Admiral is located on the Bergen harbour offering picturesque views of the Bryggen, old wharf and Floyen Mountain from many of its rooms.

Situated near many of the city's well known attractions, including the Fish Market, numerous Museums, Bergen Aquarium and the Floibanen Funicular, it sits in a magnificent, early 1900s building. Lying directly across the water from the historical site of Bryggen, views of the city are some of the best available, while the hotel's central location puts guests within easy reach of some of the city's top restaurants and bars.

It is conveniently located just a couple of minutes from the ferry quay with departures leaving for the fjords and a short taxi ride to the railway station.

All rooms are of a high standard, with Duxiana beds and private bathroom, while some offer balconies and harbour views. A breakfast buffet is popular, a good way to fill up before heading out to explore on foot and free tea and coffee are available in the lobby.
